Head Chef

Od ranog detinjstva, Krsta pokazuje posebnu naklonost prema kulinarstvu koju je razvio kroz visoko obrazovanje u gastronomiji, ali posebno kroz 10 godina iskustva sticanog u dobro poznatim beogradskim restoranima na kuvarskim i šefovskim pozicijama.

Konstantan razvoj njegovih veština u svim kulinarskim sekcijama naveo ga je da shvati da najveću inspiraciju pronalazi u svetu ulične hrane, jer mu to omogućava da kombinuje ukuse različitih svetskih kuhinja.

2022. godine, sa Nenadom i Nikolom, osniva „Thyme“ – mesto koje svedoči o njegovom pravom talentu i posvećenosti pripremi svakog jela. Isitiče i podvlači da teži stalnom usavršavanju na profesionalnom nivou i savladavanju novih tehnika i kombinacija ukusa.

Predstavljamo našeg talentovanog šefa, Nikolu, koji unosi momenat kulinarske strategije u naš tim. Sa iskustvom iz poznatih Michelin-ovih restorana u Norveškoj i nekih od najboljih restorana u Srbiji, Nikola se afirmisao kao pravi lider i rukovodilac razvoja u našoj platformi.

Sa urođenom sposobnošću da obične sastojke pretvori u gastronomske kreacije, Nikolina stručnost seže dalje od tradicionalnih postavki restorana. Njegov rad i posvećenost struci prepoznati su i 2024. godine, kada je osvojio nagradu za najboljeg šefa kuhinje do 30 godina. Njegova strast prema kuvanju je nepokolebljiva, a međunarodno iskustvo i izloženost različitim kulinarskim tradicijama su probudile duboko poštovanje prema fuziji i uličnoj kuhinji.

Ono što ga zaista izdvaja je pristupačnost, uz odlučnost u kuhinji. Crpeći iz godina iskustva, on uliva poverenje drugima, neguje njihove kulinarske talente i pomaže im da dosegnu nove visine. Njegova posvećenost obrazovanju i razvoju mladih talenata svedoči o njegovom nepokolebljivom predanju kuvarskoj profesiji.

Nenad Atanasković

Inovativni šef Nenad, čije kulinarsko putovanje vodi od prestižnih hodnika kulinarske škole „Le Cordon Bleu“ u Londonu do živopisnih kuhinja u Dubaiju i Velikoj Britaniji, pre nego što se vratio u Srbiju da ostavi svoj pečat na lokalnoj kulinarskoj sceni. Naoružan izuzetnim obrazovanjem iz jedne od najboljih kulinarskih škola na svetu, šef Nenad je usavršavao svoje veštine pod vođstvom poznatih učitelja, upijajući znanje i usavršavajući svoje veštine.

Uprkos impresivnim referencama, on ostaje skroman, pristupajući svojoj veštini sa prizemnim stavom koji prikriva njegov izuzetan talenat. Sa iskrenom strašću prema svom zanatu, on prihvata svaki izazov u kuhinja, sa entuzijazmom.

Nenadovo bogato iskustvo i stručnosti kao glavnog kuvara u različitim objektima donosi jedinstvenu mešavinu poznatog i neočekivanog u njegovim jelima, odajući počast globalnim uticajima, pritom obraćajući pažnju na lokalno. Kao krunu karijere pored Thyme-a ističe u izboru za sudiju prestižnog svetskog kulinarskog „show“-a MASTERCHEF.

It was delicious! The guy brought me coffee from the coffee shop next door because they weren't serving coffee. I've never experienced such great service anywhere, it's a very nice place.

An extraordinary authentic Indian cuisine experience. We ordered mutton kosha, tandoori chicken, tandoori gambore and butter chicken. Along with fresh garlic naan bread with sauces. Admittedly, the garlic taste was not very noticeable.

Butter chicken was slightly too sweet for our taste, but that's just asking for little things. Everything was generally delicious.

In the end, we tried all three desserts on the menu. Refreshing and delicious.

The service was at the highest level. The friendly staff tried to get us as soon as possible.

Perfect as always. Thyme concept proved that they can do anything they imagine! Thanks to kindness and dedication they opened new type of restaurant and it is perfect again.
We were eating butter chicken, tandoori chicken and biryani prawns, and one can't decide what is better.
But the most beautiful moment was when I wanted to order a coffee, and they don't serve it, so they brought me one cappuccino from neighbors ❤️
Also not to forget great dessert and a lot of options for vegetarians. This is next big thing in Belgrade, and i wish them all the luck! I will be regular guest for sure

Overall a pleasant dinner, but with some mixed impressions. The butter chicken had a nice, creamy sauce with good texture, however the chicken itself seemed grilled and then mixed into the sauce, and the flavor wasn’t quite the authentic butter chicken taste I expected. The rice was well cooked, though for my personal taste it had a bit too much cumin. The naan was fresh and warm, but the coriander flavor was stronger than the garlic, and I couldn’t really taste garlic. On the positive side, the kachumber and chickpeas salad was very fresh and nicely spiced, and the portions were generous and satisfying. Service was really good, staff were polite, attentive, and welcoming. The place itself is quite small, and since it’s an open kitchen, the food smell inside is quite strong. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.
Absolutely delicious – a rare gem for Indian cuisine in Belgrade! Every dish we tried was incredible. Huge compliments to the chef and the friendly, attentive staff. We’ll definitely be regulars!

Food tastes amazing. Its adapted to the Serbian taste and is less spicy, which is something I preffer. Everything tasted really original compared to other food in Belgrade and I cant wait to come back

Had dinner at Thyme in Belgrade, and it was an absolute delight! The food was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying. The ambience was elegant yet cozy, and the service was warm and attentive. A wonderful dining experience 😍
