Kitchen Operation Manager
Dynamic and innovative Chef Nenad, whose culinary journey has taken him from the prestigious halls of culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in London to the bustling kitchens of Dubai and Great Britain, before returning to Serbia to leave his mark on the local culinary scene. Armed with an exceptional education from one of the world’s finest culinary schools, Chef Nenad honed his skills under the guidance of esteemed teachers, soaking up knowledge and refining his culinary techniques.
Despite his impressive credentials, he remains refreshingly humble, approaching his craft with a down-to-earth attitude that belies his extraordinary talent. With a genuine passion for his craft, he embraces each culinary endeavor with boundless enthusiasm, infusing his dishes with a harmonious fusion of flavors that captivate the senses.
Chef Nenad’s wealth of experience and expertise as a head chef in various establishments bring a unique blend of familiarity and unexpectedness to his dishes, paying homage to global influences while remaining rooted in local culinary traditions. As a pinnacle of his career, alongside Thyme, he highlights being selected as a judge for the prestigious global culinary show “MASTERCHEF.”

Allow us to introduce our talented chef, Nikola, who brings a touch of culinary brilliance to our team. With experience from renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Norway and some of the finest restaurants in Serbia, he has established himself as a true leader and the head of development at our restaurant.
With an innate ability to transform ordinary ingredients into extraordinary gastronomic creations, Nikola’s expertise extends beyond traditional restaurant settings. His passion for cooking is unwavering, and his international background and exposure to diverse culinary traditions have ignited a deep appreciation for fusion and street cuisine.
What truly sets him apart is his approachable nature, coupled with his determination in the kitchen. Drawing from years of experience, he instills confidence in others, nurturing their culinary talents and helping them reach new heights. Nikola’s dedication to education and the development of emerging talent is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the culinary arts.
Chef de Cuisine
Chef de Cuisine Lazar is a true rising star, and his journey is nothing short of inspiring. Lazar’s culinary journey began at Square Nine Hotel after completing his formal education. At that time, he immersed himself in the world of modern cuisine and fine dining, laying the foundation for his culinary prowess. Shorlty he discovered the true meaning of passion for his craft. Amidst the challenges of long kitchen hours, intense pressure, and lofty expectations, he embraced the mantra that “pressure makes diamonds.”
His culinary expedition continued at Hotel Radisson Collection, where he gained valuable insights into the importance of teamwork and a positive work environment. Lazar realized that a generous heart is as crucial as culinary skill in becoming an exceptional chef. The journey to head chef began at the esteemed restaurant Cross, followed shortly by an influential stint at the Michelin-recommended restaurant Klub Književnika.
His aspiration extends beyond personal success; Lazar dreams of fostering the next generation of chefs. His wish is to work with young culinary enthusiasts, shaping them into top-notch professionals. Moreover, he strives to elevate culinary standards in our country, with a long-term vision of establishing his own culinary school. Chef de Cuisine Lazar embodies the perfect blend of passion, discipline, and a generous spirit. Lazar’s culinary expertise takes center stage, promising a dining experience that is both extraordinary and heartfelt.
Head Chef
From his early childhood Krsta has been showing a speacial fondness for culinary arts which he has developed through high gastronomy education, but especially through 10 years of experience gained in Belgrade well-known restaurants.
Constant development of his skills in all culinary sections made him realize that he finds the greatest inspiration in street food scene because it allows him to combine flavors of various worldwide cuisines.
In 2022, with Nenad and Nikola, he founded “Thyme” – a place that testifies to his true talent and dedication in the preparation of each individual dish. Considering that he strives for continuous improvement on the professional level.
